Refund policy

Tienes 30 días para cambiar o devolver tu pedido.

At C&F Multimarcas we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a return following the conditions detailed below.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:

• Be in the same condition as received.
• Not have been used or washed.
• Keep all original tags.
• Keep its original packaging.
• Provide proof of purchase or receipt.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If the item has a defect, is damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We do not accept returns of:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Items made specifically for the customer.
• Personal hygiene or care products that have been opened or used.
• Gift cards.
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotions, unless they have manufacturing defects.

If you have any doubts about whether a product can be returned, contact us before making the purchase.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges of items.

If you would like a different size, color or model, you must request a return of the item received and place a new order once the return is approved.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to cancel or return your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the products must be returned:

• Unused.
• In perfect condition.
• With original tags.
• In their original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

• The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at:
